Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. October 1st is China’s National Day every year, and this year is the 74th birthday of our country. After 74 years of ups and downs, 74 years of hard work, we have ushered in a thriving and rapidly developing today. On National Day, the whole country celebrates together. First, we celebrate the increasing prosperity of our country. The second, life becomes better and better. And the last, our mood becomes more and more joyful. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind support all the time.

We are happy to inform you that we are going to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Chinese National Day in Chinaour office will have the holiday from Sept 29~Oct 6th.

X5A is a linear LED machine light for electrical cabinets, workstation,CNC Machines, etc. But recently, we have received a request from our customer, he needs a combination of signal tower light and led luminaries for workstation. Noting can stop us, we start to work on it.

First, our eletrical engineer confirme the solution, we use high quality RGB led chip and high lumen led chip, 2 rows on PCB board.
Second, our engineer start to improve the design, and make the pcb board fit the aluminum profile better.
At last, after assembling, we get the first piece and customer are very satisfied with it.

Stack Lights are used in similar applications to beacon lights/strobes, however the information they typically display encompasses more machine/process conditions.

How to judge the quality of LED machine tool lights

There are many LED machine tool lights in the market, and the price and quality vary widely. If you choose the wrong lamp, the cost of replacing the lamp is relatively high. The loss of machine shutdown due to no lighting is higher. So how to choose the machine tool lamp can save a lot.

First, check to see if the company’s qualifications are complete and detailed. Is there an ISO9001 certificate.
Second, ask about the details of the materials used in the product, the focus is on LED lamp beads and LED power supply. At present, the technology of LED lamp beads is relatively mature, the main difference is the difference between light efficiency and light attenuation. The quality of the power supply should be judged from the plan and the materials used. A good LED power solution is mature and stable, and the materials are good. The power supplier should have relevant certifications.
