ERP reqeust for machine tool lighting. LED machine tool lights belong to LED lighting category, so should meet many kinds of reqeust for LED lighting in different area (EU, USA, China).
ErP energy efficiency in Europe has been compulsory for phase requirements since 2010. The second phase of the requirements will be enforced in 2011. Its mark is CE Mark, there is no requirement for login, no requirement for laboratories. And ErP does not yet have level requirements. For now, refer to the level requirements of European COC VI.

ERP certification instruction
ERP Energy Efficiency Directive EU .1194/2012 will be formally implemented in 2013. In 2012, the directive EU 1194/2012 will be issued; the directive will take effect in 2013 20 days after its issuance; the implementation phase requirements in 2013; the second phase requirements will be implemented in 2014; 2016 Implement the third stage requirements;
ERP certification energy efficiency certification includes:
1, the damage rate of 6000 hours is greater than or equal to 0.9, (because of the long test time, this requirement will be implemented from 2014);
2, 6000-hour luminous flux maintenance rate is greater than or equal to 0.8 (because the test time is long, this requirement will be implemented in 2014);
3, the number of switching times before failure is greater than or equal to 15000 times (rated life is 30,000 hours) or greater than or equal to rated life less than
half of the hour;
4, the starting time is less than 0.5 seconds;
5, the time required to reach 95% luminous flux is less than 2 seconds;
6, the early failure rate is less than or equal to 5.0% (normally lit for 1000 hours);
7, the color rendering index is greater than or equal to 80%, and the color rendering index for outdoor or industrial use is greater than or equal to 65%;
8. The color tolerance is less than or equal to 6db;
9. Power factor requirements: power is less than or equal to 2W, no power factor requirements; 2W to 5W, PF value requirements greater than 0.4; 5W to 25W, PF value greater than 0.5; Power greater than 25W, PF value greater than 0.9.
