ONLION Lighting’s 2025 Annual Review & 2026 Strategic Workshop: Reflect, Plan, and Connect

On January 10th, ONLION Lighting held its 2025 Annual Summary & Recognition Meeting and 2026 Strategic Workshop for department leaders.
First, heads of each department shared their teams’ 2025 performance highlights and 2026 work plans. Attendees then raised questions, and the presenters provided detailed responses to clarify goals and challenges.

After that, the company’s leadership joined the group to discuss key 2026 strategic initiatives, aligning priorities to drive growth in the new year.

To wrap up the productive day, the team shifted to a relaxed recreational session—chatting, singing, and enjoying a barbecue together. This helped strengthen connections while celebrating the progress made in 2025.
